Hi!
I own a USB caddy that allows me to easily swap hard drives in my PC. Is it possible for me to install the Windows 8 Developer version on an empty hard drive in my caddy and then use both Windows Vista and Windows 8 to double boot my PC? Thanks.

For sure it is possible to install windows 8 so as it can double boot with the windows vista that you already have on your computer. But you will not need to install the windows 8 operating system on an empty hard drive, instead you will need to install the windows 8 on the same partition as the windows vista so as dual boot will be implemented. When you restart the computer, you will be prompted to either boot with windows 8 or windows vista. You will just choose one of the two and then press Enter. But you will need to have a bigger space on your primary hard drive to be able to successfully use the dual boot.
