can the Samsung wave apps sky map locate my position using a GPRS/2G network. Am using SkyMap_badaCupPL installed on my Samsung.

Hi April,

 

Yes, it locates your position with the help of GPS/GPRS/3G. It creates the layout of the universe according to your position. You can just move your phone and find all the actual positions of the stars, planets, constellation etc. You can also start what you want to find and it directly points your phone towards it with an arrow mark just like G-maps.

 

Let me share you the link.

 

Just open the Skymap application on your Samsung Wave phone. It will automatically locate your position by just allowing it.
