The Iterative Solver has stopped working on Linear static

Hi,

I just use to operate structures within the linear regime now I am getting the following error message using Linear static. The error says “The Iterative Solver stopped”. What should I do to fix this problem? Please share any suggestion to resolve this error. Thanks in advance.

The Iterative Solver has stopped working on Linear static

Resolution 1:

• Shut down and reboot the computer.
• After that tstart up solidworks and then turn-on the simulation add-in.
• Open the assembly, and then copy and paste the study you wan to run to a new one.
• Delete the old study and then close the model, and then close solidworks and reopen it.
• Try to run the model.

Resolution 2:

Try putting a sliding fixture on the long edges of the plates the force whereby the force is applied.
