I have a web development project. I have decided to choose WordPress Webmaster Themes, because I have heard about it a lot. Before getting the Webmaster Themes, I want to know whether we can change the default layout in these themes?

Yes, you are right in choosing the WordPress web masters theme to use in your website. They are awesome and have been very popular in recent days. Yes, you can obviously change the default layout but you must have good skills to this as you will need to do a lot of coding. If you are sure, then just go for it.
