Hi,
I am using Windows XP professional. System Configuration:
Hard Drive: 320 GB
Processor: Intel Core i3
RAM: 2GB DDR3
Now, a problem occurred when I was trying to access iTunes store from my PC. Sometime PC restarts itself and sometime it displays a blue screen. Help me solving this problem.

ITunes accessing problem in Windows XP
To Follow these steps you will find the solution. Press your power button as your computer will boot for windows press F8 and there will be some optional window will appear choose safe mode option and start your window in a safe mode after starting window in safe mode go to control panel double click on user accounts create a new user account beside of administrator set a new user password and save it.
After saving restart your computer go to windows in normal ways and then chose your new user and after logon your computer will set up new user account configuration after configuration you will open iTunes store from your PC your computer will not restart and you can work on iTunes.
