I just upgraded my mobile operating system to iOS 5 and it went pretty well a number of times. But now, it is saying the iTunes could not match the iPod applications since the applications set up on the iPod cannot be defined. I attempted to use both Wireless Fidelity and wired sync but it still the same.
Kindly somebody help me on what should I do.
ITunes problem on iOS 5
You can try syncing the files without using iTunes and see if they will work that way. You may also need to try the following:
-
Since you upgraded to a new version of ios, then it could be possible that it needs a different version of iTunes too, and therefore I will advise that you uninstall the current version of iTunes that you have and then find the latest version and install it.
-
You also need to check the iPod settings, if they have been altered then they could be the ones hindering communication between the iPod and the iphone. Restore the default settings if that may help in any way.
Another thing that I will suggest that you give a shot is transferring directly to the iphone without having to sync them. Just use a USB cable to connect the two devices and then transfer the files as you need to the iphone.
