Jalbum Runtime error #3 (trap)

Hi to all, I am posting below an error message screen shot,  I encountered this error while I am using Jalbum, all of a sudden it tells me Runtime error #3 (trap).

Please, contact the vendor of this application.

 

This is error message is to technical for me to handle, that is why I try to find some solution over the internet, searching from sites to sites, I did not find any discussion that will fit my scenario, I also ask some friends, but they don't have any idea on the said error message, that is why I decided to post this error here at techyv,  so that many  may read my post, please share your ideas, thanks.

I have read your problem and try my best to solve.

Here you don't post which version of Jalbum you have gotten error?Also about your system details like which operating system you use?I think you want to use the new version of Jalbum v9. 5.Now i am telling how you can solve your problem.

Please read all causes carefully.

First of all check system requirement to running Jalbum 9.5.

*You must need Java runtime environment v1.6 and older version need Java runtime environment v1.5(minimum) to run Jalbum.

*Windows users can run Jalbum following versions:Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.xx, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows Vista starter, Windows Vista Home basic, Windows Vista(32/64 bit) Home premium, Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista enterprise, Windows Vista Ultimate, Windows 7(64/32 Bit).

*MAC operating system users can run Jalbum following versions:MAC OS X v10.2(jayuar)/MAC OS v10.3 (pather)/MAC OP v10.4 (tiger)/MAC OS v10.5 (Leopard)

Minimum system requirements for MAC:

Processor Power PC G4/Memory RAM 512.

*Jalbum also support Linux Operating system.

*When you will be fall a problem with Runtime error then think there is a problem with system misconfigured and essential files are missing.Such as this kinds of problem occurs when PC not maintained properly and involve with many critical issues.For running some file you need to repair your system immediately.For repair your system you can use many software.One of them PC health advisor.You can download this software from here www.pchealthadvisor.com
