I need to convert few audio files to mp3 with a 192 kbps bitrate using Java bitrate mp3 changer, Xuggler which will uncompress, modify, and re-compress any media file. How can I set the mentioned bit rate using Xuggler. Thanks
Java bitrate mp3 changer, Xuggler
Hi,
Input the File (aac/wav/wma) you want to convert and output is a new .mp3 file (Xuggler figure out the conversion by the extension).
You can increase the quality increasing kbps (i.e. for 320 kbps you need to pass in 320000).
Java Code: Attached
Hope you will enjoy it.
Thanking you

Another way of converting MP3 files to a lower bitrate like 192 kbps is with Format Factory. Download Format Factory on MajorGeeks.com. It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. This software is a multi-functional media converter that is able to convert both audio and video files. Supported audio formats include MP3, WMA, AMR, OGG, AAC, and WAV.
Supported video formats include MP4, 3GP, MPG, AVI, WMV, FLV, and SWF. It also allows you to rip video DVDs and audio CDs. Note: read before clicking when installing Format Factory to avoid installing unwanted software. This program is bundled with several other unknown applications and tools and can display ads within the application as you use it.
When converting an MP3 file, load the file in Format Factory then set the desired quality or bitrate. If you want to create a 192 kbps MP3 file, just select “192” in the bitrate options then convert.
