Whew, I am already sick and tired of the errors I have met in updating. It would just hang when it reaches 3% of the update.
An error message would then appear: “ERROR: Java Error – Context: HD Tele ConfiguratorName = 1 Parameters: java.lang.NullPointerException”. I can’t figure out why this has come up.
I also have tried doing it again but the error would not just disappear.
Can you please help me with this?
I mean, I am really counting to those who would share their expertise about this problem. Are there other ways to have it updated and avoiding this tiring error?
I totally have no idea how to fix this and you might just be the person who can help me with this.
Thanks a lot.
Java Error Context: ConfiguratorName=Tele HD Parameters 1: java.lang.NullPointerException” Help, please?
You didn’t exactly explain well what exactly you are doing when the error pops up on your screen. If you are doing an update on a particular application when the error struck you I wish you name the program to fully understand the problem.
If you are indeed doing an update on one particular application when the problem happened, try restarting your computer then try it again. If the update you are doing requires an internet connection check if your computer currently has an active internet connection.
If the progress indicator of your update always stuck at 3%, maybe there is really something wrong with your connection. You should check first how stable your connection is. You may watch some streaming videos just to check how fast will the video buffers to verify the present speed of your connection.
If it turns out that your connection is very slow try doing the update some other time. Try updating it again during off-peak hours so you’ll be sure that you’ll have a good connection.
