Java Plug-in Fatal Error, any help here please?

Hello Good day and I am working under Hyperion web analysis and now I delivered an end product, but the problem here is that my customers are always facing issue at the time of launching the application using URLs and web analysis URL is followed as.

• https://<VIP>/WebAnalysis/WebAnalysis.jsp

And this can also be done by navigating the tools to links and then web analysis studio. Any solution will be greatly accepted Thank you.

Hi,

I will just try to help. First, uninstall Java through the control panel: for windows XP and Vista computers: Click start > control> add/removed program > uninstall Java and download latest Java program from http://www.Java.com. Second, Disable add-ons in internet explorer.

Open browser> look TOOLS found at the right corner>choose internet options then click programs >manage add-ons. Choose add-ons that you wish to disable and then click disable (setting). Third, try setting virtual memory: for windows XP and vista. Click start>control panel>system>advance>performance>advanced>virtual memory>change>system managed sized and restart. If it doesn't work maybe you can use Ccleaner for your registry. You can get it at Http://www.filehippo.com. Just be careful which option you want to clean.
