What should the people like the Americans do if there are computing companies that need the human labor force but cannot find the exact people to fit the job?

Business process outsourcing or popularly known as “BPO” in the Philippines can be considered as the best alternative in order to find the right person to fit a certain job category.  “BPO,” as defined in Wikipedia, is a subset of outsourcing that involves the contracting of the operations and responsibilities of specific business functions or processes to a third-party service provider.

The most important step, in searching for the most appropriate service provider, is the determination of the purpose or purposes for which the service is needed, because there is a vast number of companies in the Philippines, in every field of outsourcing activity, which can perform the task required.
