I wanted to learn java so I figured the first step would obviously be to install java on my computer. I was wondering how to download java on my computer. Do I need to download the JRE only? How to jre6 download for Windows 7 32 bit?

As for JRE 6, let me inform you that JRE 6 is no longer the latest version of Java available for Windows. However, the latest version, Java 9 does not support Windows 32-bit.
