The Justified On-Call Rate Of Pay.

There is no particularly practiced payment rate for calls as such. The companies pay their employees in the payment criteria that are ongoing and suitable in their market and industry.

The HR department of the organization keeps the track of the on-call rate of pay in the particular area. Some organizations conduct surveys in which the HR departments of many other organizations participate to stay updated.

The rate also depends on the strategy of a particular company for this field.
