Kaspersky Antivirus Software error message

Hello,

I'm here to complain about the Kaspersky Antivirus Software.

I Have installed it recently, from the original CD, license key and everything.

My problem is trying to update it, every time the same message:

Error updating Kaspersky Rescue Disk image (could not download Kaspersky Rescue Disk database from the Internet. Probably network connection is missing, or there is not enough space on hard drive).
Solutions available

Do you want to continue without update?

 

 

If I click No it just keeps popping out, and with yes I'm unable to update.

 

Does anyone have the same problem?

Kaspersky Antivirus Software error message

You probably have a network failure or you have no hard disk space.

Solution 1:

Check the space of your hard disk and see if you still have any space left. Delete all unnecessary files on your computer and also you might want to empty your recycle bin, because you might have deleted some files but you didn't empty your bin.

Then try to update again.

Solution 2:

Check your internet connection by browsing the internet and then see if you can go to any web page, if you can't load any page then you have a problem with the network. Just try removing the cable and then put it back again, also on the Start, Run and then type CMD. Input all this codes below:

• ipconfig /all
• ipconfig /flushdns
• ipconfig /release
• ipconfig /renew

Kaspersky Antivirus Software error message

Solution was already mentioned on the error message.

Factors affecting your Kaspersky download are you don’t have a network or you are not connected to the internet. Simple solution for this is to log-in to your internet account then do the download for the second time.

Another factor is you don’t have enough disk space. Try deleting some files or uninstalling programs you are not using.

This will saves or free a disk space so that you can download the file.

Sometimes viruses attack computers by filling your available space on the drive until it was full.

So don’t set aside the possibility of virus infection. Scan your computer from viruses and clean.
