Please see the screen shot of the error message with ‘Kaspersky’. Please help me to fix this issue.

Kaspersky avp.exe – Application error

If you have a version of Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Servers 2003 or 2008 installed, then you need GetSystemInfo version 4.1. You can download it here https://support.kaspersky.com

– Download and extract the file.

– Run GetSystemInfo.exe on your computer.

– Click Save button.

– Wait until it's complete.

After installing GetSystemInfo version 4.1, my installed Kaspersky is working, thank you very much Deevaa. I appreciate your help.
