KAV 2012 error with Firefox v11.0
Hello Canyon,
Kaspersky Antivirus could be blocking Firefox and as a result causing the issue that you are getting right now. To resolve the issue, you will need to do the following:
-
First make sure that you have opened Kaspersky, and then follow up with the following process.
-
Go to Settings and then select Threats and Exclusions
-
After that choose Exclusion rules Add, and then select object.
-
You will need to browse to the location of the firefox.exe file your hard drive.
-
Add that file, and then select protection components followed by select components,
-
And then choose file anti-virus.
Once you have done you should not have an issue with Firefox again.
Regards,
Carl
KAV 2012 error with Firefox v11.0
Hello there Canyon, my suggestion to you is try to un install both of your Firefox and Google chrome, because that error is a jQuery bug that might be in your browsers file.
After you un install try to clean and delete the left overs of Firefox and Google chrome. then look for the latest installer of Firefox and chrome. And reinstall it again. If this didn't work please let me know to give more suggestions.
Your problem is a bug that has no exact solution till now.
have a good day buddy ^_^

That shouldn’t happen if your web browser is working properly. Try reinstalling your browser. Go to Revo Uninstaller Download and download the free version. Once installed, start Revo then select Mozilla Firefox from the list. Click “Uninstall” then follow the instructions. Once it is finished, restart your computer then visit CCleaner Free Download and download the free version.
Once installed, start CCleaner and clean your system. After this, install Mozilla Firefox back and try again. See if the error appears again. Download the latest Firefox from Mozilla Firefox Free Download. If this doesn’t work, add Firefox to the exclusions list of Kaspersky antivirus. Open your antivirus’ settings then look for the exclusions section. Add Mozilla Firefox in there.
This should prevent Kaspersky from monitoring your Mozilla Firefox web browser avoiding any error. If you want to convert CCleaner to Pro, download the codes and follow the instructions.
