KeePass cannot be opened due to missing devices

Hello there,

I receive the following error when I try to start KeePass2.21 . It started to appear recently and it worked just fine until this error appears. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? The reinstall is not helping at all so how should I proceed ?

KeePass cannot be opened due to missing devices

It is certainly not a keepass problem. This error belongs to some malware or security software that may block the access of the program. Do the following steps to solve your problem

• Restart PC, when screen blinks, Press "F8"
• Choose Safe mode option by using screen navigation keys.
• Boot PC in Safe mode 
• Disable the security software in your PC
• Reinstall the KeePass and check if the executable file is not corrupted.
• Reinstall ".Net 4.0" 

In this way you can fix the problem.
