Hey. The offline file sync windows 7 give the access to the shared files even if they are not offline. Also can share the folders or the storage management over the networks as well. It also consists of Branch Cache feature in the windows 7 as well which help to downloaded the files from the shared folders as well. Below shows the steps for the same:

• First go to the group policy management , and then click for the offline files
• Next double click for the configure background sync.
• Later, in options mark whatever is required
• Now click on ok and it’s done.
