I want to install MS-Office Professional 2010 RTM (Released to Manufacturing) through Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) and Multiple Activation Key (MAK). I received the product .exe from a rep in Microsoft. But upon trying to insert the key, I am receiving an error that the key is not valid. What can I do? I need help.
Key is Invalid while installing Office RTM

You are receiving that error maybe because the serial combination you have is for another or for a different version of the product and not the one you have. The best way of acquiring the key is by visiting Microsoft’s website and purchase the key there.
It’s also possible that there is something wrong with your present installation. Try doing another clean installation on the software. Uninstall your program then restart your machine when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install the software again then see if this fixes the problem.
