Can’t reach BIOS using my keyboard
Hi,
You must do the following procedures to isolate your problem. Kindly use other keyboard with PS/2 connector then to enter BIOS/CMOS setup just press DELETE or F2 key. If still not working use a keyboard with USB connector then restart your computer and enter to BIOS/CMOS setup again.

Can’t reach BIOS using my keyboard
If you can log into your account in Microsoft Windows then your keyboard is working just fine. One possible reason why you cannot go into the BIOS is the access key used. Different computer models or brands use different keys for the BIOS but most of the time the Del or Delete key is used.
To go to the BIOS, start or restart your computer normally then right after the POST screen appears press Del, Delete, F2, or whichever key is used to go to the BIOS. You can find the right button displayed on the POST screen. If the problem continues with your PS/2 keyboard, you can always shift to a USB keyboard which should work normally.
Just buy a new USB keyboard and replace your PS/2 keyboard.
