I need help on my Compaq Presario laptop. It has Windows 7 installed on it until suddenly, my keyboard just stops on working. I tried to use it on BIOS and while on Safe Mode, and it's working just fine. I reinstalled its driver and even updated my BIOS to no luck. I also restored my laptop to an earlier working state, but it is still not working. What can I do now to fix it?

Keyboard not supporting correctly, help me.
Hello,
There might be something with the keyboard driver on your PC. In order to fix this issue, you should use “On-Screen Keyboard”. Launch “On-Screen Keyboard” and follow the following steps:
1. From Start menu, type “device manager” >> click Enter.
2. From the upper ribbon, click View >> Show hidden devices.
3. Expand “Keyboards” section.
4. Right-click on the keyboard driver showing >> select “Uninstall”.
5. From upper ribbon, click Action >> Scan for hardware changes.
6. Restart your laptop.
Also, consider updating your keyboard driver. Download the “Original driver” from HP. Install and restart your computer.
If this doesn’t fix the issue, a fresh Windows installation is recommended. Learn how to install Windows.
Now, your keyboard should be working.
