Hello Webmasters,

It is not easy to understand the enterprise vocabulary Joomla's forums use by these days, so my query would be : is there any steps that you -experts- may advise me to follow in order to get some experience in Joomla CMS development ?

Hi,

      Joomla content management system is same like WordPress, Drupal .In Joomla you can customize your webpage, websites. Joomla has different features for making your website more advances. In extension components you can add plugins as same you add in WordPress. So you can go to Joomla website and register there and make your website it is easy and you can become an expert easily Hopefully you will follow that instruction it will help you.

Joomla is one of the most complete and the biggest open source CMS systems you can find. Since it's not restricted to blogging or e-commerce or any other area it's quite impossible to give you instructions and directions in building the website.

 

Your first stop should be the Joomla website: www.joomla.org. On the site you will find all information about the system you could possibly need including a demo to show you how easy and simple it is to use Joomla. 

 

The best way to start with your new Joomla website, after reading the documentation is to find some nice and cheap hosting with cpanel. Using the server cpanel install Joomla with the demo content and go through the features and options in your backend. Once you get familiar with the core Joomla system, you should check the extensions.joomla.org and some sites offering free Joomla templates, such as joomla24.com.

 

Also, there is a great support forum on joomla.org that will solve all your problems.
