Hi. The steps to be followed so as to know how do I print labels from Excel are as given below-

1) First set up the document to match the labels by clicking on the mailings option, then click on start mail merge and select labels

2) In the label options, click on the company which has created the labels

3) Select the product number from product number tab

4) Then click on OK

5) Then, connect to the spreadsheet by clicking on the mailings option, then click on select recipients and then select the use an existing list option

6) Then, open the file which you want to use and then click on open option

7) Then select the sheet which you want to use in the select table option and then click on OK

8) Then format the merge fields by clicking on the mailings option, then, click on insert merge field and then click on the field which you want to show on the labels

9) Add the fields you want and then click on OK

10) Then print the labels by clicking on mailings option. Then select the preview results option and see how the labels look

11) Select the mailings menu and then select the update labels option

12) To complete the mail merge, on the mailings menu, click on finish and merge option, then, click on print documents option
