Hi, I am a user of Windows Live mail, and I am having Windows Live Mail Login issues during login. Whenever I try to open any mail, the login page appears, and after clicking on login, it keeps on coming. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
The only way to solve it is to disable the two-step verification. For this go to www.live.com and sign in with the account that has the Windows Live Mail login issue. Click on the gear icon and select more mail stings option. Now click on account details under managing your account option. Click on security info and disable the two-step verification from there.
This can be a problem with corrupt cookies. Try cleaning your computer. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your Windows Live Mail among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds.
This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then download the free version of CCleaner and install it. Once installed, start CCleaner and clean your system. When it is finished, restart the computer and install Windows Live Mail back. Create a new account again then see if it works.
