Hello,
I was working on Krita but the next day when I tried to open the saved file using Krita I got an error message saying “Could not open /home/asseigo/pix/blogtmp/panel_default_test.png. Can I fix this problem without having any issue? Please suggest me proper. I would be grateful to you.

Krita Could not open file
This is a bug; it has been removed in the next version. Upgrade your software so that the bug is removed.
Some people have tried to manually change the .desktop files and have got mixed results. If for any reasons, you are unable to upgrade, you can try to manually change two files ‘krita_magick-import.desktop’ and ‘krita-magick-export.desktop’. These files are found in <kde-path>/share/services folder. Locate the folder where Krita has been installed. First save a copy of these files in a different location and rename them. Then open these files, remove quotation marks (“) from line X-KDE-Import= and X-KDE-Export= respectively. Save the files with the original file name. Exit KDE and restart the computer. It should solve your problem If it does not do so, copy back the backup files. The only option that remains is upgrade.
