Lap too slow kill processes task scheduler in time

Hi everyone,  I owing a lap. I just want to delete all my background processes when my lap is too slow. When , I am killing the background processes. The task scheduler is not able to delete the background processes. I want a software that can kill processes task scheduler at  a scheduled time. Please help me in finding me correct solution.  Thanks.

It can run or kill processes whenever you desire.

It's simple and easy to use.
