Laptop screen not displaying blue color

Hi there,

I have this Dell Inspiron 3521 Intel Core i3 3217 U Laptop- DRN352101 which fell down and the screen is no longer displaying blue colors, how do I correct this without sending the machine back to the manufacturer since my warranty is void, how do I open the machine using common tool set.

Laptop screen not displaying blue color

This could be obviously a cable problem in between the video card on motherboard and the LCD panel.

Check the cable that goes from laptop lid to the base through the hinges. You can check if some connector isn't properly seated. Try to fix any such issue. It the laptop had got some serious shocks then

it could also be that the LCD panel has got problems. You shouldn't try to fix LCD as you are not an expert.
