Hi,
During setting up the Hard Drive it runs with some program. It is a storage device. So it stores all types of data in it. To make it compatible with all others programs it needs some programs. That’s why the programs installed in it to run it efficiently take some space. It’s necessary for the Hard Drive.
However, make sure that you have not kept any data inside it. You should also search for hidden data in the drive. If it is a new one there may be a problem with the Hard Drive. Contact customer care of the respective device. Â
I hope you understand it.
Thanks
Hello Jasper,
If you have set up your hard drive and it does not reach its full capacity, one reason for this problem might be the partitions. When making partitions, care should be taken.
If the partitions, especially the C Drive does not have enough free space, normal computing operations are affected.Â
