Launching lessons fail on NNET software

Hi,

I have installed NNET software and tried to launch a lesson in NOVANET then I got an error message which indicates “Cannot locate the lesson file”. I re launched the program but still have the same issue. If you have any idea please resolve this error.

Code 310: Cannot locate the lesson file.

Please re-install the multimedia courseware

prior to running this lesson again.

Launching lessons fail on NNET software

Hi,

There reason NNET software brings you an error message indicating “Cannot locate the lesson file” is probably the fact that you are using a Mac 10.6.x. If not, then an update should be started and then installed during the very first launch. Hi Lloyd A Fox,

To fix the file, you must do the following steps:

1. Open first the Nova Net application
2. If you haven't installed the Java Application, install it now
3. Let the update install the Java Application
4. Restart for fully function of the Java Application
5. Download this file it is the patch that will fix your error
6. Extract and then install
