My windows crashed today as I was installing a new operating system. I went through the OEM stickers and worked accordingly, but it didn’t seem to work. I also tried many sites which gave me the same results.

Is there any other way to download hp windows 7 home premium ISO?

At the first place, replacing the OS with the help of the sticker format has nothing to do with the problem.

Second, I would suggest you to do a Win10 Upgrade which can later get back to Win7, which is a bad idea as it is unreliable. The Go back function is known to have some unsuitable machine state.
