This type of error is very common while using browsers. First way to solve this kind of issue is to troubleshoot the problem. Also restart your computer and try using it again to see if it works. If problem persists, check for your system lock correctness which makes chrome to be picky about the given certificates. If problem persists I would recommend you to contact your customer care or the chrome developers. Hope this helps.
