Hello,
I was trying to perform the mobile sync with my desktop quicken file but I encountered a Quicken Cloud Sync Errors with error code 504 on it. I want to know a way how to fix this issue?

Follow the steps below to solve this problem:

1. Click on Tools > One Step Update. Just make sure that the Sync to Quicken Cloud box is unchecked.

2. Click Update Now.

3. Then, click Tools > Add Account > Cash Account.

4. Again, confirm that the “Sync to Quicken Cloud” box is unchecked and then click Finish button.

5. Now, move to “Mobile & Alerts” tab and click on “edit account setting.”

6. In the list of all accounts, check the box which is next to the cash account you created just now, and then click Update Accounts.

7. Click on “edit account setting”

8. Click Tools > One Step Update.

9. Click Update Now.

Finally, open the Quicken Mobile App and then login using your ID and password. This time, your accounts should be synced to your mobile device.
