I am using Outlook 2010 on my computer and I am willing to know about the rebuild index outlook 2010.

Does someone know what is this?

You can configure the indexing options correctly by performing these steps:

1. First, exit from Outlook.
2. Then, open the Indexing Options.
3. In the Indexing Optionswindow, select Advanced.
4. After that, click File Types.
5. Then, scroll down till msgin the Extension
6. Select msg.
7. Just ensure that the Index Properties and File Contentschoice is enabled.
8. Select OK.
9. Finally, select Close.
