I had a similar error as yours, so I tried executing the below steps to get rid of the problem.

1.  I downloaded the software DebugDiag Tools from Google.
2. Next, I configured the DebugDiag tool performing these instructions. I didn’t require installing WindDbg and Symbols software.
3. Then, I used the DebugDiag analysis to view the file from location C:\DebugDiag\Logs and it creates a report in HTML.
4. From that report, it was easy to identify the fault. In my case, there was a function calling itself recursively without any stop condition.
