Last night while updating my windows I got this error called windows update error code 80070057. As I a noob in this kind of problems please help me. Reply ASAP.

First step in fixing this error would be to try troubleshooting the problem. If this doesn’t help then follow these steps.

You will have to first download the system utility called system update readliness tool for different windows. Open the file when prompted. Now choose ok to the windows update standalone installer notification. Wait till the updates are installed properly. Add the file to the desktop while troubleshooting again. Hope this helps.
