Hi. To learn how to get remote assistance Windows 7 feature, first enable the remote assistance feature by clicking on start, control panel, system and security, system and finally remote settings. Then, select the option of allowing remote assistance connections to the computer and then click on OK. Next, open Windows help, click on the ask button and then click on the link of Windows remote assistance. You can also use your e-mail to invite people to help you by either sending out an invitation as a file link or an invitation link itself. It is mandatory for Windows 7 to enter the password before continuing with the process.

You can control the session using the tools in the assistance window by adjusting settings and chat etc. After the settings have been made, the window can be closed by clicking on the cross. Enter the password if asked for and confirm it.
