Hi. To learn how to merge data in Excel, first select the cell where the combined text is to be placed. Next, type =( and then select the cell containing your first text which is to be combined. Then, type &” “& and click on the next cell containing the text which needs to be combined. Finally type the closing bracket ) and then select enter. If there is too much of data to be combined, select the cell where the first text is to be placed.
Then, the combined text should be typed. Select enter and then type the subsequent set of data which needs to be combined. After all the combined text is shown to you, accept it and then select enter.
