Hi all,

I am using PS3, but I am worried about the playstation error 80710102 as it keeps popping on the screen whenever I turn it on.

Can someone help me in resolving this issue?

Step 1:

First, open a web browser and enter your IP address in the URL address bar.

Step 2:

Now, just enter your credentials to access the router. Then press OK to see console application.

Step 3:

After that, click the “Password” tab.

Step 4:

In this tab, you will notice UPnP settings under the router’s password settings option.

Step 5:

Now, select Disable under the UPnP box and click Save.

Step 6:

Now, close your console of the router and then restart your PS. Now, connect your play station to the internet.
