Hello, if you have the issue ‘my computer will not start in safe mode, you need to restart your PC. While it begins, press F8 to take you to BIOS settings and then go to ‘ADVANCED’ (BIOS: Preipherals>SATA>Change from AHCI TO IDE) to launch start up repair or automatic repair. Then your windows start in safe mode.
