First, turn off your PS3 and your router.

2. Then, let everything stay turned off for about one minute.
3. Now, just turn on your wireless router and then wait for full power up.
4. Turn on PS3 and then try to access PSN

In case the error still occurs, then go to Settings, then Network Settings, and then Internet Connection Test.
