Hi, to use ‘my dell downloads Windows 7’, go to website www.support.dell.com and click on ‘my account’ option and create an account and sign in. Then go to ‘My Software’ section and click on ‘Download Factory Installed Software’.

And then select the checkbox and click on ‘Register system’ and then new Window will appear and click on ‘allow’ and select the appropriate boxes that you want to download and click on ‘download now’ option and then ‘Run’ and then save files to external storage media. And it can download specific drivers and utilities.
