1. Download the Admin pack for Windows 7 from Microsoft site according to your system byte.
2. After downloading RUN the Software.
3. Start the installation.

6. Close the screen and go to control panel.
7. In control panel select Programs and features. Select Turn Windows features on or off.

11. The newly added pack tools will be found under Administrative Tools in Windows 7.
