Hi. I am using Thunderbird emails, and I want to know the steps which need to be followed to know how to backup Thunderbird emails. Please reply. It is urgent. Thanks in advance.

Learn The Steps To Know How To Backup Thunderbird Emails

Hi. The steps to know how to backup Thunderbird emails are as follows-

1) Click on File menu and then click on exit

2) Ensure that the client is not running

3) Click on start key and press R to open the Run dialog box

4) In the space, type %appdata% and click on OK

5) After the applications open, click on Thunderbird and click on OK

6) Right-click on the profiles folder and copy it to the desired location

7) This will successfully backup all emails in Thunderbird

OR

You can use MozBackup which is used to save the profiles of Firefox, Thunderbird, Netscape and many more. However, it is not recommended anymore due to certain issues faced by using it.
