Hi, a .pst file forms when you back up emails, contacts and calendar to an Outlook .pst file. To import data from a .pst file follow the following steps:

Select File option. Click on Open & Export. Then click on Import/Export. Import and Export Wizard opens. Select Import from another program or file. Select file type to import from, in this case, Outlook data file (.pst). Browse the file to import. After the process completes, click Finish.
