Hey there! Well, there are multiple techniques by which you can convert Hyper V to VMWare. The standard method requires you to have an account in VMWare where you can download and install the VMWare vCenter Converter Standalone. Once installed, launch the program. Select the “Powered off” option and then choose “Hyper-V” from the drop-down menu. Provide the demanded information- Server IP address of the Hyper-V server, username, password.

Now, you will have to install the VMWare vCenter Converter Standalone agent temporarily on the Hyper-V instance. Continue further to select the source machine. A list of the virtual machine saved on your server will be visible once the agent is deployed. Choose your source VM.(The selection below is just an example)

From the two options, that is, VMWare Infrastructure Virtual Machine (for running the VM on ESXI host) and VM Workstation, choose your destination system. Choose your preferences and continue.

Specify the destination machine parameters. Further, select the conversion task parameters, read the summary and if satisfied, hit “Finish”.

Other online tools would also be of use to you. Most of them require installations on your computer.

Hope it helped!
