My Samsung washing machine is displaying this Samsung top loader error code “dE.” I have checked all the parts of the device and everything else is working fine. What is the root of this problem?

Hello

This error appears when the door of the washing machine is not properly locked. In the occurrence of this error, check the following:

• First of all, confirm that the closing of door is not obstructed.
• Check that the end of the drain hose is lower such that the holder of the drain hose is intact.
• Also, check that the end of drain hose is inside water.
