Hi. To learn about Google Apps VS Exchange, note the features stated below such as an Office 365 allows for online exchange in comparison to Google Apps which uses Gmail. Next, Word is used in Office 365 in comparison to Google Apps which uses docs. Also, in Office 365, the Excel spreadsheets are used, PowerPoint presentations are used the printer publications are publisher, Outlook calendars are used and OneNote is used.

Skype is used for instant messaging and Access database is used. SharePoint is used for collaborations and OneDrive is used for storage to be done online. In comparison, Google Apps uses sheets, slides, calendar, contacts, keep, and hangout, Sites for collaboration and drive for online storage.
