Lenovo Thinkpad X1 carbon is an ultraportable laptop which is 14-inch in size and 0.71 inch in thickness. It also includes backlit keyboard, 3G connectivity, Intel’s vPro management and graphics, Rapidcharge technology. Lenovo has used RapidBoot technology which results in a boot-up time that’s 40 percent faster than a typical Windows 7 computer.

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Touch is a 2015 model of the Lenovo laptop. It ships with 64-bit Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro with 14-inch 2560 x 1440 widescreen display and weighs 3.02 pounds. It runs on Intel Core i5-5300U 2.3 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 5500 graphics adapter, 256 GB SSD storage, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4+5.0 GHz Dual-band), and two USB 3.0 ports.
Standard battery rundown time is 8 hours 57 minutes. For the pros, it has 2560 x 1440 WQHD+ touchscreen display with good performance from a fifth-generation Intel Core i5 processor. It supports dual pointing devices with an improved touchpad and keyboard compared to the previous model. For the cons, it is quite expensive and requires a dongle for the Ethernet.
