I have two LG monitors, with model number L204WT and W2052TQ, which wouldn't turn ON anymore. The latest incident was just this morning. I moved to change the capacitor in both of them, and was quite successful for the W2052TQ model as it is now working.
However, the other one is still not functioning and is at its original state of just having a blue light that flashes whenever it is powered on. Would greatly appreciate any idea on what actually caused this and how to remedy the situation.
Thank you.

Hi,
You changed the capacitor in both of the monitor and made serviceable one. So it seems to be easy for you to make another one ok. The state of the second one is that a blue light that flashes whenever it is powered on.
You can check the VGA cable in this position. You can also check it by replacing with a good one. However, if you are not a professional technician you should not handle the case as it is a risky job for those who are not expert. So leave such kinds of job to the experts for better maintenance. I hope you understand it.
