LG PC Suite III not recognized

Hello,

My cell phone (GC900) is not recognized on my pc. I installed the software (LG PC Suite III), which happens to connect to the laptop, but I cannot transfer photos from my phone to my pc or save music from PC to mobile. How do I do?

LG PC Suite III not recognized

First thing that needs to be check is the physical connection. Please make sure that the USB cable is working. Next thing that needs to be check would be the USB port. You can try connecting another USB device to the port. If everything is working perfectly, then it might be a problem on the USB driver.

This issue can be resolve by updating the USB Driver. You can get it from this site. After updating the USB Driver, you need to restart your GC900 phone. Connect the phone to your PC.

It will ask you to update its firmware. After installing the updated firmware for your phone, disconnect the phone from the PC. Restart the phone and reconnect it to the PC. Once the phone is connected, it will open PC Suite automatically.
